I saw it with two friend...I really loved the movie. I saw it with two friends, neither of whom had read the books. One was a bit perplexed and thought the ending was sudden. I'm the lazi...I haven't seen it yet either. I'm the laziest movie goer ever. Mostly, too, I'd end up going by myself, which isn't very fun. There were some minor ...I saw it twice. Fantastic.<br /><br />There were some minor characters cut to accommodate the huge cast, but all in all I thought it was fabulously done.<br /><br />And some of the changes they made were necessary. For example, to get around the constraints presented by the 1st Person POV from the books, they gave a minor character a larger role.
