If Only...

If only this were in my backyard,













my writing would be more inspired. I swear it would.

Or if only I could hike up here every day,













the words would just flow from my fingertips.

Really.

Quit making excuses and get back to work.

    If only that crazy Bethany didn't leave goofy comments on my blog I might have time to get some actual writing done, eh? Just kidding! LOL ;-)

    Good advice, definitely. We writers are good at the "If Only" game. We have to stop playing "If onlys" on ourselves and think about our strengths and work on our weaknesses rather than "if only" them. :-)
