Friday Flashbacks

The year is 1991...February 14th, to be exact.

The highest grossing movie of the year was Terminator 2-Judgement Day.

The number one novel on the NYT Bestsellers List was Cold Fire by Dean Koontz.

On this day of this year, I married my husband. The love of my life...my soul mate.
I looked something like this:

Because I was a child bride...obviously!!

My husband looked something like this:

Because he was an evil, cradle robber.
Not really.

This year we celebrate our 19th wedding anniversary but 21 years together. We count every one. We made a commitment to each other in 1989 and publicly in 1991. When you've been married this long you realize there are good years, and there are bad years. The way to survive the bad is to always remember the good (and liquor helps too). This has been a very good year.

May your Valentine's Day be filled with love and happiness.

It helps to know I'm not just talking to myself.
