Tuesday's Take: Writing Tips

Some scenarios do not mix and are doomed to fail.


It pays to edit more than once.


Sometimes gimmicks work but they should at least make sense.


The humor of irony is admirable when used correctly.


Spacing between words can be vital.


We can all learn from the mistakes of others...after we finish laughing at them.

That's my take on it.

  1. There's a bartending school in Nashville that used to be next to the Unity Church. Their signs, in large white lettering, butted up next to each other. The guy who owned the bartending school said it was even funnier when they were next to the alcohol treatment center...

    Every egg deserves a chance, right next to Every egg's Dream (to be in a McD's burger)!

    Sad to say, A store at home once advertised 3 for $1.99 when 1 cost 60 c :(
