The Year of Less

We teeter on the edge of  a new year and as usual make promises we probably won't keep, but that isn't really the point.  The point of resolutions is to express our hope for the year to come.  That it will be better in some way than all the others that have come before.

I have no specific resolutions for 2013 but I have decided that this will be the year of less for me.

Less Stress
Less Frustration
Less Responsibility
Less Seriousness

I intend to be incredibly flaky or at least give it my best shot, to have fun and rediscover the joy in life.  That's my resolution.

May your New Years resolutions bring you more...or less...of everything your heart desires.

Happy New Year!!!!!

  1. I resolve to drink more and write more, because the two go hand in hand. Or at least that's how I excuse alcoholism. Happy New Year!

  2. I'm all for less stress and more flaky layers. I think real butter is the key to both. :P

    Happy New Year, Marsha!!

It helps to know I'm not just talking to myself.
